Caring for your Calm and Chilled Water Bottle

In order to keep your water bottle as good as new, there are a few simple things you need to do!

Firstly keep your water bottle out of the dishwasher! Dishwashing is not recommended. To clean your water bottle, fill it with soapy water and use a bottle brush after each use. It’s best not to leave it to soak. If a thorough clean is needed, bicarbonate of soda and water can be used. All Calm and Chilled water bottles are made from high grade stainless steel, however if your bottle is left unwashed this can lead to a bad taste or smell developing. When storing your bottle, leave the lid off. Never leave liquid in your bottle for prolonged periods or this will cause surface corrosion. Should this happen use a gentle plastic scourer to remove (only on the stainless steel not on painted surfaces). Avoid dropping your bottle - whilst they will not break they can still dent if dropped. Follow these guidelines and your bottle will last a lifetime!
